Be ready to inspire others, through academic works, words, and actions, it is absolutely still possible to make a difference.

Nice to Meet You

Originally from Rome, Italy, where I graduated in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University. I moved to California to pursue a degree in Political Science at California State University, Long Beach, with a major in Law, Politics, and Policy and a minor in Political Theory. Throughout my academic journey, I have dedicated my studies to delving into pressing social issues. Specifically, I have analyzed crime and mass incarceration, focusing particularly on the State of California. Moreover, throughout my research, I have scrutinized the intersectionality of imprisonment and crime with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), concentrating on the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities stemming from imprisonment and the subsequent impact on their employment prospects upon reentry into society.

My academic journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of policymaking processes, and the legal frameworks that underpin them. Inevitably, my research endeavors have instilled in me a commitment to advocating for the rights of marginalized communities, including but not limited to incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, individuals with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and women.

I am also a dedicated gaming enthusiast. My main playground is Valorant, though I dabble in other games too. Recently, I had the privilege of participating as a speaker at the EBS - E-Sports & Gaming Business Summit. I took part in a panel discussion called "6 People on Chairs: A live focus group of Gamers," where I, along with other Gen Z and Millennial gamers, shared insights on advertising in gaming. We discussed how we prefer to be marketed to, what turns us off, and which brands and products genuinely resonate with us.

Beyond my academic and gaming pursuits, I'm also an avid skier and climber, embracing the thrill of winter slopes and the challenge of indoor climbing in Top Roping and Bouldering. Outdoor climbing is next on my list of adventures. Travel remains a constant passion, with a goal of exploring a new country each year, always eager to embrace diverse experiences, cultures, and perspectives.
